Seguin Waterfront Design Guidelines
In Sequin there are new proposed Waterfront Design Guidelines to promote the preservation of the coniferous and deciduous vegetation which protects the shoreline. There are limits to the removal of vegetation such that 90% of the 20 m of the front lot shall be maintained in a natural vegetative state, and site plan approval will be required for all development on shoreline areas. A handbook to guide you is being created with a list of plants, trees and shrubs which are native to the area.
